Bienvenidos de nuevo a la escuela.....Welcome back to school....2011-2012

Estimados Padres de familia:

Bienvenidos a un nuevo año lectivo y compartir diferentes experiencias tanto formativas como informativas. A continuación detallo mi perfil  profesional de manera que me conozcan mejor.
Mi nombre es Sergio Noel Andino Sierra soy maestro de educación primaria (Escuela Normal Mixta Tegucigalpa, licenciado en Lenguas Extranjeras (UNAH) y tengo un diplomado en formación pedagógica para educación superior (UPNFM), así  mismo una Maestría en Educación (Estudios Multidisciplinarios) (SUNY, Buffalo USA). He estado en Discovery School por 13 años y este será mi vigésimo primer año de trabajar en la enseñanza. Yo estaré enseñando las clases de Ciencias Sociales en español de secundaria distribuidas de la siguiente manera:

El material que utilizaremos consistirá en un cuaderno de espiral con rayas, un folder plástico en el que guardarán los trabajos que realizaremos y cinco pliegos de cartulina Iris *(ver color de acuerdo al grado) para trabajos dentro del aula y que serán exclusivamente para la asignatura de ciencias Sociales en español. El libro de las 100 preguntas y 100 respuestas sobre el himno nacional de Honduras
Espero que podamos disfrutar juntos de la maravilla de aprender y hacer uso de nuestra creatividad e imaginación.

Graduation ceremonies....Classes `11(Seniors, Sixth grade, Kindergarten)

This week the students will: 
Seventh grade: make an album about different topics of the study of Honduras( as a summary).
                           and present it as a final project 
With these grades Sixth, Ninth, Tenth, EleventhTwelfth grades ) we already finished contents and projects, most of them are doing semester exams or are getting ready for graduation this coming Friday June 3. It was a pleasure to work with all of you. I hope you have a great vacation !!!

A few more days for the end........

 This week the students will study: 

Seventh grade:    The students will work on a project about importation and 
                             exportation in Honduras.   
Ninth grade:        We will work on a project about Hondurans and national identity. 
Tenth Grade:      The kids will work on a final project in which they will include all 
                            different elements  about current events in  Honduras.
Eleventh grade:  Students will make a Newspaper with all the world Economy information 
                            they can compile in the last semester.

Mid terms are going home!!!

                                 This week the students will study: 

Sixth grade:         -Next Thursday 19th Honduras national anthem exam....
                                 study hard, so that way you will not be nervous. 
Seventh grade:    -The students will work and present projects related with 
                                production in Honduras.                
Ninth grade:        -We will work on a project about Hondurans and national identity. 
Tenth Grade:      -The kids will make presentations about health, education and technology 
                                in Honduras.(continuation)
 Eleventh grade:  -We will have discussions about economy in the twentieth century.
Twelfth grade:    -Next Thursday 19th Honduras national anthem exam....study hard, 
                                so that way you will not be nervous.

Almost the end!!!! just a little effort....

This week the students will study  some interesting topics, as follows.. 


Sixth grade: -The students will study the explanation of the different stanzas of the 
                        Honduras national anthem .
Seventh grade:    -The students will work and present projects related with 
                                production in Honduras. 
               
Ninth grade:        -We will work on a project about demography 
Tenth Grade:      -The kids will make presentations about health, education and technology in Honduras.
                                        
Eleventh grade:  -We will have discussions about economy in the twentieth century.
Twelfth grade:    -The students will study and explain the questionnaire of the history of 
                               Honduras for preparation  for the  national anthem test.

Eleventh grade:  -We will have discussions about economy in which they will give 
                               their opinion in a debate group  technique.
Twelfth grade:    -The students will study and explain the questionnaire of the history of 
                               Honduras for preparation  for the  national anthem test.
